Anti-Stall

This solution prevents the engine stall due to the hydraulic pumps overload; it’s not only a question of comfort improvement and machine performance but it represents also an important step forward on machine safety level.

Thanks to the analysis of the data sent to the engine CAN bus path, the micro controller is able to detect possible engine stall conditions in order to react before it will turn off.

This Flodraulic software allows customers to decide what functions need to be managed as priorities (so without limits originated from anti stall system operation) and what functions have to be controlled and limited by the anti stall system and how.

The implementation of this solution has already demonstrated very good results in different applications: tracked machines, railway systems, industrial grind machines.
